INDOOR SHRIMP BOIL

Small potatoes - fingerlings or steamables

Shrimp 21/25 de-veined

Old Bay Seasoning
Instructions
Steam potatoes, set aside
Fill two large pots with water & bring to a boil
In one pot add the corn & sausage & boil for 15 minutes, then set aside
In the second pot of boiling water add the shrimp and boil for 3-5 minutes, then set aside
Clean out one pot then return to stove on medium high heat
Add butter and 1 - 2 T of minced garlic
Add shrimp to butter & garlic mix
Add Old bay to taste approximately 3-5 T
Add steamed potatoes, corn & sausage to the shrimp & butter mixture & toss quickly
Serve on brown butcher paper or in a big serving tray
Everyone grabs what they want to eat.

Note: Serve with mustard to dip your sausage & potatoes
