I am obsessed with McDonalds Pancakes! I think this has always been the case ever since I was small! There’s something about them that beats any other pancake out there! For years I’ve been trying to figure out exactly what made it different. I think it’s that little extra sweetness in each bite! Below you’ll find my recipe dupe on McDonald’s Pancake.
- 1 Box Aunt Jemima Buttermilk Complete Pancake Mix
- Prepare the batter according to the box instructions.
- Add 1 Tablespoon of Sugar per cup of batter. If you prefer a sweeter pancake then add 1-2 Tablespoons of sugar per cup of batter. Pour batter onto a hot griddle or pan & cook until pancakes are golden brown.
- These pancakes are delicious all by themselves but pair them with maple flavored breakfast sausages and it's a home run match for McD's!
